Note:
Dave is and has been a long-time awesome Christian friend. We
have been through a lot together. From missions trips to just
working in the community, Dave is the kind of friend that you
can trust and turn to whenever you really need a friend.
I am excited to offer this new section for Dave
to share his thoughts and comments. Dave is starting a new church
in The 'Boro. We need to keep Dave and his family in our prayers
during this new step of faith.
We hope that you enjoy this new section. Keep checking

| It's really a "GOD THING"! |

So often when we come to church we feel we have to "clean up". We put on our Sunday best, smile and pretend everything's OK. Sometimes we even hide behind a mask of "spirituality". We look at others and compare lives hoping to find someone whose sin is greater than ours.
It is also very common to completely stay away from church because we feel we're not "good enough". We're convinced we need to get rid of sinful behavior in our lives before we are worthy to approach God. |

As Dave steps out on a large step of faith, we as fellow christians need to keep him and his family in our daily prayers.
Dear God,
The devil is trying to sneak his way into what Dave is trying to do, we claim it NOW that the devil SHALL NOT and WILL NOT work his way into this. We know that you have greater things in store for Dave and his family! Show them the way and comfort Dave. In your holy name! AMEN
